Rove's second full-service EV charging center, opened April 2026 on Costa Mesa's Harbor Blvd. Forty DC fast chargers sit under a 400-panel solar canopy — 28 Tesla-branded stalls plus 12 Rove stalls — paired with an on-site lounge and a Gelson's Fresh Market for grab-and-go food and coffee while you charge.
